Anartxy

In the heart of Valencia's old town, Anartxy Steel Jewels asked us to dress their facade in Valencian modernism made embroidery. Our response was the orange tree — the city's most iconic symbol, climbing every pillar and panel of the shop's stone facade.

The piece became a landmark in the neighbourhood. A corner in the casco antiguo that people stop at, photograph, and remember. Two materials that shouldn't belong together — ancient stone and hand embroidery on metallic mesh — finding a perfect and surprising harmony.
